Can someone tell me where it is possible to do a trackday during a week-end in or near Virignia (Norfolk)?

Just saw your post. The National Corvette Museum is conducting its annual HPDE at Virginia International Raceway (VIR--www.virnow.com) on 25-26 June. It may be too late to register or for you to make it, but it is a wonderful, well attended event. I live near Dulles International Airport (west of Washington DC) and will be heading out tomorrow morning to Alton/Danville, VA for tech inspection and sign-in.
Check out Chin Motorsports, TrackDaze, Performance Driving Experience (PDE), and Hooked on Driving (HOD) for events they host at regional tracks.
