Default North Florida Dealerships Expanding Search For Quality Chevy Service Dealerships

Fairly new to Florida, and live in the north-central part of the state. Any recommended dealerships where I can take my '19 Z to for service? There is Davis Chevrolet in Gainesville (where I live) and Coggins in Jacksonville. Bit of a haul for me (about two hour drive) but I could go to Stingray near Tampa.

Suggestions?

Thanks!

Some folks on here like Garber Chevrolet in Green Cove Springs, just south of JAX. Still a hike from Gainesville, though. Stay away from Riverside Chevrolet in JAX.

Thanks, I will check them out! Jacksonville is only about an hour or so from my house - of course depending where you are going to there - that city covers a lot of ground!

Had my 500 mile oil change done at Davis Chev in Gainsville. Quick and efficient, seem like nice people.

Garber chevy in Green Cove Springs Fl. is the dealer I use. Mike is the most experienced corvette mechanic I have found. talk to Rob in the service department and tell him to give the job to Mike.

I appreciate everyone's responses! Getting a new Z06 and being new to this area, was making me a little concerned about who to take it to - especially for that first required oil change...

Well, they might be good, but so far, not particularly impressed. First time I talked to Rob, he was borderline rude. Now two weeks later trying to set up an appointment with Mike to do required 500 mile oil change, check diff fluid, and upload the GM approved 100 Octane tune, which has been out and available for some time. Rob said he would "look into it" and I have heard nothing back. And yes, I am going to expect some level of service and basic courtesy after buying my 10th Vette, a ;19 2LZ M7 Z06. I am pretty new to Florida, live in North Florida but willing to go to central Florida if that what it takes to get decent Vette sevice.

Default Expanding Search For Quality Chevy Service Dealerships

My original post was placed to locate a quality Vette service Chevy dealership in north central Fl, where we now live. I have not been too thrilled with what is available within 70 or so miles of me. I recently bought my 10th Vette, a '19 2LZ M7 Z06, and would like to establish a decent relationship with one dealership who has Vette service expertise and takes some pride in their work.

So now I am expanding my search to as far South as Tampa, West to Sarasota. Any suggestions/leads would be appreciated. GM requires first oil change be done at or around 500 miles.

Thanks!

Default Ferman Chevrolet in Tarppn Springs

Slow day at work due to server issues. So I have been expanding my search, looking with dealerships that have a significant number of very positive ratings for service. I may have found one - Ferman Chevrolet in Tarpon Springs. So many of the aforementioned dealers have pretty mediocre service reviews. This dealership sells a fair number of Vettes, has a Vette specialist, and has very high reviews on average. So they are a 2.5 hour trip, I don't care - drove further than that some Saturdays to take my wife to some damn outlet mall. Also interesting, that the person I talked to on the phone was knowledgeable, polite, and answered all of my questions. Pleasant change from what I have experienced down here so far.

Anyone have any experience with them?
