I sent in my pre-registration back in December, and have heard NOTHING from the hosting club yet!!
I've e-mailed the address listed on their site and have gotten no reply!!!

Who's going???, and has anyone gotten their info back yet, or did mine get lost in the mail.

We sent our check in about a month ago... Scott advised that because there is a limited number of spots available. We haven't heard back either. Our check has not yet been cashed. We are panning on going Friday around noon. We planned on taking Scott to dinner. What are you plans?

Our check too hasn't been cashed. I was surprised that the e-mail contact person has not replied to multiple e mails.

As far as our plans go, we are coming up EARLY Saturday. We have a room reserved at the Sleep Inn near the airport. Electron Blue '02 (Alan) is going up about the same time as we are, and is also staying at the Sleep Inn.

I sent mine in February and it hasn't been cashed yet either. I was viewing their site last week and it said only 65 spaces left....don't know if that is recent or not.

Have you tried to IM cool60(I think that's his id)?

My check for this show was cashed on April 4th. I still have not heard from anyone at the host club and I have received no answer to e-mails.
I was told this was a great show, but so far its a disapointment. :U

I hate to make hasty decisions about someone (or some club), but...
this is ridiculous. Have they never heard of Public Relations :confused:
I will tell them what I think about this non-communication when I get to the show. It is putting a bad taste in my mouth. This will be my first visit there, and they are off on the wrong foot. They need us more than we need them.
Without us there would be no show :mad

I'm also anxiously waiting to hear back, but at the same time I know that putting together a show like this is a huge job. The club members are all volunteers, with real day jobs, who are organizing this show in their "spare time" this because they love Corvettes, not for any other reason. I for one appreciate their efforts.
This show has always been great and I'm sure will be again this year. If anyone is that concerned, I'd suggest that they contact the club and offer help, not criticism.
