Well folks, she is at it again!!!! You know Cha-Cha of VSA and PSP here in Atlanta. She is working feverously planning a last minute Breast Cancer Event for Saturday, October 25th. The event is called “Corvettes Against Breast Cancer Ride”. The concept…100 Plus Corvettes will converge on at Atlanta on the 25th of October at the Mall of Georgia at 8:00 am. At 9:00 am the convoy will leave the Mall of Georgia in increments of 30 towards Turner Field, Atlanta. She is working on police escorts and the works. The last Corvette should close in on Turner Field at 11:00 am where the events will officially commence and continue until 3:00 pm

It is her hope that this will become an annual event. This year the goal is to raise $10,000. All Corvette Clubs from South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida are invited to participate. There will be a $25 per Corvette Donation/Registration Fee to participate in the event. A web site is being developed that will contain more information and points of contacts. Until then please stay turned to this forum and thread as a point of information gathering and updates.

Well Black Magic....Thanks for giving the troups a heads up. Everyone has someone or knows someone who has been touched by breast cancer or some form thereof. There are many charitable events organized to support research, development or assistance.
Well...we are offering a drive like none other:auto: CORVETTES DRIVING AGAINST BREAST CANCER.:auto:

As Black Magic mentioned, we plan to raise awareness by utilizing a product that automatically draws attention (as we know)- The Corvette. Please reserve October 25 on your calendar and stay tuned for details of an event that all will be sure to remember.

We will need all the assistance we can get. If anyone is willing to donate time, expertise or funds towards the cause, please contact me at cha-cha@vettesetteatlanta.org. We are looking forward to making this an annual event that Atlanta and Breast Cancer Surviors will never forget!!
