Hello loyal SMC'ers. By now I am sure that everyone who has been paying attention knows that Bob has graciously invited us to DRAGONS BREATH PERFORMANCE for a New Years Eve celebration. As an emergency alternative, should DBP be the victim of an earthquake, flash flood, forest fire,or nuclear distaster, we are offering the Bat Cave as an alternate destination for the festive occasion. (One should always have an alternate plan to cover unforeseen contingencies, shouldn't one GHORNET?) Hence, the title of this thread will represent Plan B.

All Corvette lovers everywhere are cordially invited to the Bat Cave. Assuming, of course,that you do not mind a little dampness,mold, spider webs, spiders, etc.; you gat the picture I'm sure; all the comforts all the creatures desire. This is a standing invitation for any festive, or non festive, occasion any time of the year. Only six of us live here; Dark knight, Catwoman, and our four Bat Cats. The back yard is is enclosed so you don't need to worry about wandering into my neighbors yard and getting shot. (He does not like possums and has a habit of shooting moving objects in his yard after dark.) You also don't have to worry about uninvited Sheriff's Deputies crashing the party. (The Sheriff doesn't like me.)

The bottom line is this. If the best laid plans of mice and men go awry (as they sometimes tend to do) the Bat Cave is always available as a backup or as the original destination. It ain't fancy but it is comfy. (Assuming you are a bat) you don't need to concern yourself about Catwoman divorcing me because my word is Law in the Batcave and is enacted as soon as Catwoman gives me permission. Anyway we got that (divorce) out of the way years ago so we wouldn't have to contend with it while we are having fun during our Golden Years.

This is not meant to imply that we will not originate our own home grown functions (just wait until the ice melts on the pond behind the Bat Cave) it just means that all Corvette lovers everywhere are always welcome.

So there you have it Corvette lovers, your very own Cave Club... or is it Club Cave?....AHHHHH whatever, there is more to life than English 101. :party: :party: :party: :party: :party: :party: :party: :party: :party:
