Welcome to Norva

Local club to your area is Aquia Creek Corvette Club however, Northern VA CC is closeby.

I am a member of neither and yet I still find plenty of Corvette stuff to do, We have a pretty good group (mostly eaters) and we also do cruises, etc. w/ fellow forum members.

I was challenged tonite by a Mustang guy to do another Go Kart race - Indoors, Grand Prix style (fast  ) out by Dulles - it was fun the last time, lightweights usually prevail :steering:

Enjoy

I run the LT5 Registy (ZR1) club but we welcome all corvettes to join in the fun. chris and I have bankrupt most of the "all you can eat" places but we still get out to the Hooters, Malibu Grill.

lots of "beach croozes", I do the nitro croozes to NHRA events up in NJ @ Englishtown and PA @ Maple Grove plus the local drags.

lots of autocross and VIR, Summit Point road racing

Skyline croozes, as well as many "Gathering" croozes to the BG corvette museum.

very active vette scene here, we also meet up at the Manassas Burger King on 234 bypass to hang out when it gets a bit warmer. also the Jerry's in Manassas and Chantilly shopping center.

stay tuned here and

see
http://www.lt5registry.net

events/forum

for vette crooze info

tell us about your vette!!!

:D

Welcome to the DC metro area! :seeya There are the VA clubs as mentioned as well as a few MD clubs in easy striking distance. Each of the clubs have a slightly different focus/preference. Any recommendation from me would have to be based on where your interests lie in a club.

69Mako - We usually schedule it for a Tuesday or Thursday, but a weekend day might be cool. If the weather's nice like it is today, maybe we could work in a cruise or something.

Chris - There's a good chance I'm going to be out of town this weekend. If not I'll drop you a line. Maybe we can get a group to "test the waters" this weekend and have a bigger gathering in a few weeks.
