How much on average are the stingrays worth in the PNW? I would like to get one which has a good paintjob. It does not need to be in running condition.

You should be able to find a nice one for between $4K and $7K. later-70s cars (75-77) should be the best bang for the buck. The Corvette and High Performance Winter Meet is coming on Feb 10 and 11 at the fairgrounds in Puyallup. There should be some good finds there.
