Default Corvette Track Days - March 7-8, 2009!

Would you like to meet fellow Corvette lovers from across the country? Sign up TODAY for the next Corvette Track Days Event, to be held March 7-8, 2009 at Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch. Corvette Track Days was created to bring together Corvette enthusiasts from across the country for a fun-filled track weekend on the challenging Spring Mountain 3.1-mile road course! This year there will only be TWO Corvette Track Days events at Spring Mountain (March and November,) so make your plans to join us today!

The Spring Mountain road course is acknowledged by performance driving professionals to be one of the most technical, challenging and exhilarating tracks to drive. A Corvette Track Day weekend gives anyone from a novice driver to an experienced road racer a chance to try out their Vette's power and handling in an unrestricted manner on one of the top driving school tracks in the Southwestern United States.

Corvette Track Day weekends are wonderful opportunities to socialize with other Corvetter owners who share your interest in performance driving. In addition to two full days of premium track time, your $400.00 fee will include two lunches, a gourmet dinner at our beautiful new Clubhouse with a delectable feast prepared by our Corporate member, Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino, and a commemorative shirt.

Join us for our FREE Auto-cross on our new skid pad, with prizes offered for the fastest man and woman.

How powerful is YOUR Corvette? Dyno Testing is available at our facility during the event for only $30.00, with a trophy awarded to the participant with the highest horsepower. Shoppers will delight in our extensive selection of brand new stylish apparel in the Corvette Building. Feast your eyes on some incredible Corvettes at this fantastic event, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

As always, we will feature a Charity Raffle with some fabulous prizes donated by our sponsors, clients and by Spring Mountain. This year's charity raffle will benefit No to Abuse. Please join us in our efforts to support this worthy cause!

Don't delay - drivers are limited at this event, so register early to ensure participation. For additional information about Corvette Track Days, visit our website or simply call us TODAY!

We'll see you at the track!

We limit registration to 100 Corvettes. We have 4 run groups, Beginner, Novice, Intermediate, & Advanced. It will be run on our 3.1 mile track, which is the outline of the entire track. We usually see between 70- 100 cars registered.

FYI

For those going to this event, there are no rooms available in Pahrump that weekend at least on Saturday night. I ended up getting a room at the best western on Friday but I am not sure what I am going to do about Saturday. Might have to stay in vegas.

I just called the hotels in town & this is what I found:
Pahrump Nugget - Sold Out
Best Western - Sold Out
Saddlewest - Still has rooms available for March 6, 7, & 8th. You can call them at 775-727-1111 & their website is www.saddlewest.com

I would hurry because I do not know how much longer these rooms will be available.

The other recommendation I would make is the Silverton Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. They are the closest hotel to Pahrump. It is about 35-40 miles away.

Their website is http://www.silvertoncasino.com

Good hearing from you guy!
Hope all is well. I am waiting for my Z to be finished in the nick of time so I can attend. It will probably go down to the wire, as usual.

I sent a pm a few days ago asking the cancellation policy and never heard back from SM?? My car is getting all new clutch, hydraulics, and some suspension work. So I'm hoping all goes smoothly so I can attend my first track day with some other vette friends.

I'm signing up today, it's the deadline before the rate hike!

Now I just have to decide which car to take...
