I think of late since the State is in such money problems you have two chances of beating this one, slim and none. I just got one in a rent-a-car in Wisconsin, 45mph limit on a four lane freeway go figure. Just got a nasy gram form CA's DMV saying I'm a dangerous driver and of course the insurance co piled on with a $48 dollar increase per month for the next three years for loosing my good driver status. That was my second one this year after 15 years clean, no frikken justice.

If need be, we can provide records for every cell we own. She tried to show him the phone. The Cop was a total JERK, and would not look at her call record. He was threatening, and down right rude to her.

You could try to set up a meeting with the officer and his supervisor about the ticket. Show the call records, and I'd be surprised if he didn't drop it right there and then....
