Good to hear excellent service and competent professionals are still out there.

Maybe they do now, but a few years ago I purchased a new set of wheels there and they forgot to install O rings in two of the tire pressure sensors. Needless to say the 90 mile drive home was fairly exciting. Called Corvette Mike who insisted his mechanic never makes mistakes. After further discussion he agreed to a small refund, but I wasn't too pleased with his refusal to accept responsibility. Haven't purchased anything there since

Bought my '08 Z there and have had nothing but excellent customer service since. Conversely, WCC has treated my like a leper when I have been in there for anything.

That's good to hear....

When I first joined this forum, you couldn't mention this place without an avalanche of complaints. Everything from total discourtesy to failing to stand behind poor work.

I hope this is a sign that shop has turned things around. The more good vette shops, the better....

Default Very happy

I have purchased a number of items including 3 different sets of wheels, GHL muffler etc. and have always been pleased with the service and the follow up. I have recommended them to my son and some friends and they feel the same way.

I hear you about finding a good/trustworthy mechanic. I found out today that my C3 needs some front end suspension work done. I "had" that work done 3 years and about 3000 miles ago, at least I thought I did. To say I am upset about this would be an understatement. I should have done a better job checking out what the original mechanic did, I put my trust in them and that was my mistake. I won't mention them publicly but if anyone would like to know pm me, I would hate to see another person get ripped off the way I did!

Except for techs damaging your car nothing is worse than having to pay twice or more for a bad job

It just makes me appreciate Mikes.

They have not, i was just there "DECEMBER 2012" corvette mike forgot to put the 2 bottom bolts on the passenger side front shocks that they put on for me. Carl, said that he fixed my heater and forgot to, I picked the car up at 7 p.m. that nite and they were closed. They put a battery in my car, 18 months later died. They charged me for a new one $125.00, and the charged 1 hour labor to install it $90.00. Come on they overcharge for everything, and they charge lots for labor hours. spent $20,000 there on my corvette, I'm over them. Cracked my targa top, $3,200 for stroker kit, come on.
