Are the forged pistons a lot heavier than the stockers? Has anyone knife edged the crank on an LS7? Maybe too much vibration? It sure would rev though...

The piston/pin/ring/lock package is approximately 10 grams lighter than the stock components we replaced.

Knife edging...good idea. Although, with the dry sump system is by itself a substantial help in reducing losses associated with "oil wrapping".
