Hmmm... where have I heard that before?

BTW..I was out cruzing on the bike today, new pavement on hwy 76 from about the turn-off for the tight side of Palomar Mtn all the way out past Lake Henshaw to hwy 79!
Felt pretty grippy!
No grasshoppers by Lake Henshaw yet, BUT, they were reported East of the lake towards the east and out towards Borrego...just a matter of time until they eat their way inland!

This sounds like a lot of fun. I may try to make it. Would be nice to meet some other San Diego owners.

It will be fun...if you like 'driving'...just remember.

Ok you Red-Butted Monkeys, looks like it will be overcast and cool in the am Sat and around 100* in Palm Springs for lunch...dress accordingly!

Don`t forget, we depart at 7:30am SHARP!

P.S. Palm Springs was around 113* today so we`ll be hitting a cool spell!

I`m happy to say that I didn`t plan THAT particular run!

Looks like my attempt to avoid the cold worked...just wasn`t planning on it being so hot!
