ButtonWillow with NASA: June 7
I am registered for this event in HPDE4
https://www.nasaproracing.com/event/1857
Anyone want to join me?
If you have never run with NASA I get $50 cash for referring you. I will pass this along to you. So in essence you get a $50 discount.

I'd go but they probably wouldn't let me into the hdpe 4 as I only have one real track event...went a year or so ago and been working on the vette since then trying to get the temps down and just recently succeeded. I canyon it every time I drive as I live at 8250' elevation...but that won't qualify me.

You don't need to be in HPDE4. Let me know if you register so I can claim the $50 and give it to you trackside.

DH,
They have open testing day on Friday, June 6. Essentially, open tracking the entire day with a skeletal track crew.
The last day I attended was wide open, and you could have run two 3-hour stints if you wanted too.

I like running with NASA
It was a little warm. 88* at start and 101* session4 but there was a little breeze and didn't seem too bad.
Oli raced and came in second due to poor luck in lapping traffic. I have some video but have to learn how to get it off my smarter than me phone. I do have him passing me in the Star Mazda.
NASA is very strict. I went out in Session1 without my helmet and even though the grid guy and starter guy didn't notice AND that I put it on before they actully black flagged me they wouldn't let me go back out. So I only got to run 3 sessions
Here is Session2 where I go off in Cotton Corners. And yes no nannies
The NASA head guy bet me that he had an instructor who could take 3 seconds off my best time of the day in session 4. And if he didn't he would give me a FREE TRACK DAY..................... stay tuned for result till I get video ready.

Okay, here is the last session with the instructor who was supposed to shave 3 seconds off my best time of the day or my next NASA track day was going to be FREE. See what happens on the last lap
