Does anyone know if a place in the inland empire or Orange County to get the cooling fans in my 2007 C6 to turn on earlier.. Changed thermostat to a 160 but need a re program of fan turn on temps... Any help appericated

Have CMS install an A&A SuperCharger on your C5, and then tune it. You'll really be glad you went there !!!

If you're ever up in the Ventura area I'll do it for the cost of the HP tuners credits ($80) ... not sure how much the tuners will charge you.
