I'm up for a ride out to Julian. There are some great roads out there but you need to be careful on weekends because there is a lot more traffic.
I was out there earlier this month on a Sunday and was the first to come on scene to this accident. A group of young Asian drivers in sports cars were driving past their limits. The blue BMW was speeding and crossed the double yellow in a turn and struck the white Ford causing it to roll and go off the road. Another car was hit by the BMW and damaged its front end. There was also a new red Corvette Z06 in there group.
Luckily no one was seriously injured. I had to use my knife to cut open the airbags and cut the seat belts so the people in the white Ford could get out.
I usually make a run out to Julian once a month and definitely pull some Gs in the corners. Just make sure to not cross the double yellow and be on the lookout for idiots that do.
I attached some photos of the wreck.

This happens a lot in this area. Either motorcycles or cars involved in head-ons because they think they are F1 driver's.

I drive over to Julian a few times a year to pick up lunch at Romano's Restaurant. They had a rough patch for a bit while they changed owners and menu a few years ago but now they are mostly back to the way it was and worth the trip. As mentioned, parking a larger group of cars in one area will be an issue.
