Probably a leak in the system, but AHP is a full service shop and I wouldn't hesitate taking it to them.

Second AHP. I have the same problem in my C6, I was going to have them fix it but I was too cheap

I am converting my C5 to a spec vette and will b getting rid of all ac related components if you need anything.
Can be tested too, blows freaking ice cold.
