I'll be running down early on Friday from Davis (Sacramento area) and I'm curious if there is a group going down. My '69 is waiting for a throttle cable from Ecklers, but it should be ready by then. If not, I'll have to run down in my (gulp) Ford...

I'll be driving up from SD on Friday after work and attending Sat and Sun. Had to catch a hotel in Santa Rosa. But, I'll be up early so I can take it all in. Looking forward to seeing the C5R's again. Been awhile since I saw them last in Daytona.

C54TIM,
I'll be going to Sears Point from Concord and would love to try and join up with your Caravan (on the fly so you can keep moving) somewhere along your route.

A few of my friends who have BMW M3s will be caravaning up there that sunday for the race with a BMW group. They asked me if I wanted to ride with them. I had to turn them down and let them know they should move over to the slow lane when the Corvettes pass by. If I make it to the event I will see you all there.

94 LT1 Lou,
Snowfan and I had a great run on Sunday and it would of been better, but a guy in a BMW didn't know how to drive.

Isn't that the way it always is? It has gotten so bad BMW now offers a drivers training coarse at there US factory! I doubt if it will help!
BTW, I've owned a few German cars in the past!

c5ragtop,
I'll catch you on the fly at Treat Blvd, I'll be sitting on the North bound on ramp. What radio channel will you be using?

OK Guys, enough want to about caravaning, I've been watching all the banter but no one is mentioning a location. Maybe the "Giant Hamberger" place on San Pablo and Dam Road in San Pablo for the 880 crowd and maybe the Denny's at Willow and Diamond Blvd for the 680 crowd. (That would be me) I'm open for suggestions but will head up early Sunday morning. Let's think about a departure time too, maybe 7:30
