It was hard reading and following this thread. But as an outsider having no experience with this company my conclusion is simple. Provider did not provide service that was charged to customer. If it is illegal why an offer to do it? Seems that provider dropped the ball. Can't say if it was intentional. So all users of this provider should simply be careful to inspect work. Sometimes these guys need some quick cash for a boat payment. Buyer Beware.

Clearly, Bromley's is still in business serving Corvette customers across the valley. That should speak volumes since the community's not that large and enthusiasts often meet and talk.
