Default Lear Jet 500 - Danica Patrick - TMS IRL

Anyone headed to TMS to watch the IRL race tomorrow? (Sat 7PM)

I'm torn whether to go witness potential history or stay home and watch on TV?

That woman it ***WAY HOT***

We are going!! But we have season tickets, so whether Danica was there or not, we'd still be going.

Hope she does well - I am sure ticket sales increased some due to her!!

I was there. She did good for not having much HIGH SPEED side by side racing experience. You could see she had skills for sure but not in a pack with cars in front and in back of her stiring up the air. She did qualify 3rd when she was on the track alone. She admits that she is learning and will improve with experience as most of the other drivers have several years more exposure. She is a couragious woman to do what she does and you must respect that. The race was awesome. IRL put on a great show.

I agree... Danica did quite well for a rookie at this track.

It was a great race... I love night races at TMS

We were perched close to turn 1 and was an amazing race. Was our first time to TMS to WATCH a race. TV and real time are so far apart from the total experience. They are going much faster than they appear on TV.

Having run my C5 there twice with top speeds around 125-130, it gives a HUGE dose of just how fast they are really going.

Awesome experience. Danica did pretty well, all things considered. Just didn't get the breaks in mid and latter laps with no cautions to play strategy.

We'll definately go back!
