Anyone going out to the Westheimer area tonight to cruise and stop in some of the usual hangouts? Just curious. Please respond if you are going to go out.....maybe a few of us can meet up or something just to cruise around or shoot the shee-ite. :)

I might be out there in the new silver F355....
(if not, I'll be in the Ryan 00 mobile....haha)

The SHCC Saturday Night Cruise-In is tonight, from 7-9 at Spring Cypress & Kuykendahl in Spring. Always a good turnout. I'll be there with my new Red coupe. :cheers:

I'll be out on Westheimer tonight. The Starbucks on the corner of Post Oak is a great spot after 11:30. Lots of fast cars and plenty of poopie talking.
I'm gonna try and find the SHCC event, too. Haven't been in Spring in years.

Steve02C5 and I are gonna meet up and hit the SHCC meet. Then I'm going to Westheimer. He posted something in the Tech section about tonight.

Well, if you showed at the SHCC meet, I missed ya. I got pics of my new red Coupe, next to my MY "Convertible" ;) , but just haven't uploaded them yet. I'll be working on a new sig next week. Brent (Z500) and UR2SLW were at the meet, and shot the poopie about my new "package". Our next meet is in March I think. :cheers:

Good thing you didn't come after the Sangrias, or we'd have all been in danger..... :lol: j/k

I took the F355 out there, and met some pretty cool NSX guys. One of them has a black 94 NSX that's about to get a Paxton on it (and other bolt-ons), and the other guy's car is down until about April/May of next year. He's doing a custom twin turbo setup that's supposed to get it in the mid 10's....it really sounded like he'd done his homework. There were a few Viper guys out there, but none of them had anything to say to a non-V10 owner (especially a foreign one)..... :lol: j/k. Lots of Supras showed up too (there were some CRAZY fast ones). Not a bad turnout at all. Hope to see you there next time :)

I didn't recognize your cars as someone I knew, and I got so wrapped up talking to the NSX guys that everyone left before I could see if you guys were on the forum or not. Well, maybe I'll see you out there next weekend or something. :)

JW- I made it out to the SHCC meet late, about 8:15. It wasn't very easy to find but well worth the effort. Really nice bunch of folks and great looking cars. Every one of them looked like they were detailed right before the event. Do you know what type of Callaway was that exactly?

Ryan- I noticed your Ferrari. Very nice. You should've come on over to the Vettes instead of hangin' with the Honda boys...j/k. I'm sure we'll get together next time you come out. BTW, thanks for jumping on the 355 when you left. That thing sounds incredible.

Robert- It was great hanging out. Lots of cool info debated/exchanged. And yeah, H Upmann's are top notch no matter where they're from -as you already know :) YUMMY! Seeya next time.

Yeah, I'm sure I'll hook up with you guys next time. I'll probably be out there around 11pm next Saturday night, so hopefully I'll see you there. :)

Oh and just for the record, when I left the parking lot, that was only about 6000rpm.......between there and 8500rpm is where it starts sounding really sweet.....I just didn't have enough room to stay in the throttle and still make my U-Turn. :) Thanks for the compliments though! :D

Oh really? Cool. Well, maybe I'll see you out there this next weekend. I'll probably be cruisin' around Westheimer until around 11pm, and then I'll probably stop by the Starbucks on Westheimer and Post Oak (where everyone meets). Say hi if you see me, and I'll keep an eye out for you too. I'll probably be in the Vette this weekend.

I'd like to see who plans to go this Saturday night. I live down near Kemah/Seabrook, and I'm not a late night person anyway. Two of my really good friends have been showing up there - one a brand new Yellow Z06, the other a Yellow Viper RT 10. If it looks like a good showing, I may come on up.

I was there from 7-9. :( I was all over the place, and in my red Coupe, not my yellow vert. That Callaway is a LG, only 6 or 7 were made, and he won it in some contest. NO :bs !! I was hanging with Brent (Z500) and UR2SLW most the night.
