OK, for sake of getting things nailed down before tomorrow let's say.

Buffalo Wild Wings at 71st & 51 it is.

We have:

1 vote for 1pm (can't change due to work)
2 votes for "whenever"
1 mention that normal lunch time is 11:30 (maybe flexible?)

Rob

PS - with the price of these stinking tires, I will opt out of the burnouts now

Don't worry, Stlblues will have enough burnouts for all!

Are any of you going down to OKC Sunday and meeting the OKC group?

Buffalo Wild Wings it is. 1:00 works great for me. I'm with Robb on the price of tires though. I just got new Michelin's put on a couple weeks ago. I'm thinking of just pushing the car around to save tread.

Looks like today's going to be a good day to wash the car...with a coat and gloves on.

If they end up voting on Sunday for the run down in OKC, I think I'll be in for that. If any of you other guys haven't heard about it yet, Oklahoma Vettes forum is doing a photo shoot run from the State Capital on Sunday morning at 10 if any of you guys want to go. BlueVette, I know you said you already wanted to go so we'll hook up tomorrow and may start a caravan down there.

So far it looks like we could do both. As long as the vote goes in favor of Sunday.

Good. We can hit both.

Does anyone know a good paint guy. I'm looking for a good paint guy that can paint a couple things for me quick. I just need them shot black. It doesnt have to be perfect but I still want them to look nice.

Darrel yes 1:00. You can show around 12:30 and hang out. We will eat around 1:00 when tincup shows. If you see a silver c6 flash on 169 around 1 its him on the way. not kidding. I wont do a burnout I was just trying to bluff and get someone to do one. Anyone is welcome to show.

Jim Powell from TVS always recommended Larry Crain for vette paint work. He painted Jim's 76 show car. I met with him once about painting a top for me, but I didn't end up buying the top so have never had any work done by him. He was super nice and owns a vette. My next door neighbor accidentally scraped her van down the side on her husbands table saw while pulling in the garage and I gave her his info. He did an excellent job painting her door, I couldn't tell it had been painted, and was fairly fast on turnaround too. You might give him a shout and tell him Jim sent ya.

Thanks for the info. I just called him and got his wife. He's supposed to call me later. Thanks again for the help!

I know BlueVette was also talking about coming down on Sunday. Not sure if anybody else is planning on making it but we'll talk tomorrow about a Corvette Convoy down I-44.

Hey D, I had a red 84 C4 with a real dorky looking spoiler on the back, and a front fender scratched. Crain took it off, repaired the holes, repainted rear deck and front fender, with a perfect color match. He does great work, just kinda hard to find.

Yep, great to meet you guys who I didn't know. And great to see those guys I DID know again. Tincup... we'll have to get together at Steve's sometime and swap out those FRC etc.

I won't be able to make it out tomorrow. Everyone who goes, drive safe and have a blast!

Look forward to more gatherings this spring!

Ok, off to try and find somewhere to watch the UFC tonight haha.

Later,
Rob

PS - You're exhaust sounds impressive! When you got on it going under that underpass it got several of our attention haha.
