If you've had it tuned so it doesn't throw codes you can take it anywhere. Just try to go someplace semi-shady and when it's busy.

I'm going to guess that this car isn't an 84 model or later.

As long as the dash isn't lit up like a christmas tree you should be FINE.

They will probably look at your exhaust to make sure it has CATS and real muffler, but you should be in and out with a sticker in 30 minutes or less.
