UPDATE

Well I went ahead and took it over to Austin Corvette today. With most anywhere I go to I'm very hesitant with handing over my keys, but Gary definitely knew his stuff. Turns out I probably don't need all new seals. He put some dye in the fluid so we can check for leaks tomorrow. Oh and I got my oil changed and my ebrake fixed since I couldn't pass inspection. Top notch service so far.
