Directions:
From I30 (either direction) - Go NORTH on Cooper.
You will take Cooper all the way down until you hit Green Oaks.
You will turn LEFT on Green Oaks. At your first
light turn RIGHT, this will be the entrance to the Park.
Once in the park take your FIRST LEFT, and follow that road
around and we will be the 2nd pavillion
on your right!!


The Arlington PD may be patrolling the area. Use your BEST judgement!

Please let us know how many of an item you are bringing. Don't overload!! EX: Lady Z is bringing (2) Pkgs of Hot dogs. This way others can bring them too.

These are just suggested items, if you have something else you want to bring let us know.
Let's keep this to simple picnic foods.

If you are bringing a covered dish, be sure and bring a serving utensil.


COST:
$7 per person - adult - to pay back pavillion rental and reimbursement for any items that needed to be purchased at the last minute*
$3.00 per child under the age of 7
*Each paid adult will receive one (1) ticket. This will be for our door prize drawing.


BYOB - we will not be providing drinks, so you must bring your own. BYOB

Bring Ice chest for your drinks, chairs to sit in, and some $$$ if you want to participate in our 50/50 drawing!!!!!!! Proceeds go to the NCM - last year we donated $125.00!!

If you are bringing a cold food - please keep it chilled until we are ready to serve - we do not want it sitting out getting warm.

We ask that everyone attending please contribute by bringing an item from the list. We will make sure we are not overloaded with certain items. So if you see an item is marked COVERED, please do not sign up to bring it.

Remember when you RSVP, please let us know how many in your party are attending and what you want to bring. We will be marking the items we no longer need. Please note the # of people coming, so base what you are bringing on/around that number.

SIDE NOTES:
There is NO parking in the grass, so get there early if you want a spot as we cannot reserve them.

NO glass bottles for drinks.

This is a park so there will be children, people on bikes, joggers, and dogs on leashes, etc, so please be mindful of them when going through the park.
