Dukes has a big outdoor patio that would work great until it gets real hot. Two Rows has a very smoky bar, so unless we are going to sit in the normal dining area I don't suggest this one. I say we put a couple in the rotation...there's a big Humperdinks at Campbell and 75 that's not bad also.

I'm game for trying Duke's.

I did not know that you can smoke in Two Row's

I scoped it out last night and there are a couple sections we might be able to park at. I don't know what parking will be like at 6:30-7:00 when we arrive though. We can play it by ear.... There are a bunch of spots behind the top rectangle area I highlighted. Its quite dark back there though. The bottom rectangle area I highlighted is VERY well lit.

Duke's Original Roadhouse‎
3310 North Central Expressway
Plano, TX 75074

If this is something we want to consider....

Has anyone been there ? The pictures on there site don't show great seating for us to all sit together.

Guys:

I'm even open to going up to Stacy Rd and 75. I'm not sure if that is too far for some of the regulars though.

DON'T hesitate to say if you think its too far out of the way !!!

There are TONs of restaurants up there. We could make that area our meeting spot. We can go to one restaurant for a while, then go to another beside it for a while.... etc...etc...

Restaurants - Full Service
BJ'S Restaurant & Brewhouse
Braza Dancante
Chaucer's
Cheddar's Casual Cafe
Cotton Patch Cafe
Dodie's Place Cajun Bar & Grill
Logan's Roadhouse

Pluckers Wing Bar
Raising Cane's
Rudy's Country Store & Bar-B-Q
Uncle Julio's Fine Mexican Food

There is a ton of good places like these on southern tip of mckinney/ northern tip of Plano on east side . Most all these sound good. My two cents worth is as much as I LOVE Mexican food..... Let's do something that has a open menu--- please! :-)

There is also a Texas Roadhouse on 75, and Eldorado Pkway.

HUGE highly lit parking lot. (Kohls parking lot behind it)

True. That place rocks. There is also one of those on 190 & Brand right there in Garland I guess it would be.

I vote Texas Roadhouse.

So we have 3x votes for TX Roadhouse (75/Eldorado).

I don't want to loose any regulars because this is too far out of the way. Please chime in and see what works best for the whole group. I know for Tim, Lee and myself that will be at 35-40 min drive for us. I don't mind though if everyone agrees.

Before we make any final decision I want to make sure we get a majority vote on this.

We can make a final decision on the votes by end of tomorrow. That should give everyone enough time to check the post and vote on there thoughts.

Not trying to be the tight *** but are the prices pretty comparable you think for dinner as to what we are paying for twin peaks? Since it is a steak house..
