IRL Boomtown 500 Photos at TMS
Jeff Ward of Chip Ganassi Racing picked up his first career IRL victory in the closest finish in the history of the Indy Racing League. Ward's margin of victory over Al Unser, Jr. was .0111 second.

Great shots and what a terrific race!
I saw where 5 of the closest finishes in IRL history have been at TMS - they always put on a great show. It's amazing to watch the Trucks run on Friday and then see the IRL guys do it 50 mph faster!
Hated to see Little AL lose by an eyelash.
