That's a fast Camaro! I like I was saying in the Camaro5 local thread, there's not a lot of LSx activity in the area. I posted up there about our little get-together this morning but the guys that wanted to come were working through the morning.

I wish I could swing the C7, that car is going to be an absolute beast. Maybe if I save enough pennies while deployed.

Sweet rides! I have always wanted a Vette, but with two kids did not want to deal with a two seater. Now that my oldest is 16......game on!
The Camaro is scary fast, I think if I could get on a track prepped the entire length it would break into the 9's. It will dead hook right up to the point they stopped the VHT then it is a thrill ride to hold onto to the finish. The last shift from third to fourth is really pucker time, spinning the tires at over 100 mph is a wild feeling.
I think modding this new engine is going to take some time to break the codes and get the aftermarket in the game. Between Lingenfelter, and ADM I hope to get this C& into the low 10's next year.

That's crazy. I'm still under 400 whp and I think it's plenty fast as it is.

Here is a video someone took and posted up on youtube. It was an 11.12 run at the Clint strip. Back then I was at 565 RWH, really have not had a chance to run much since the last round of mods. Sheared the output shaft off the tranny last time out. Waiting on parts as my latest shearing was to the bolts for the drivers side halfshaft.....must have not had any lock tight and they got loose.
I think I am going to stay at this power level now just need to get the last few bugs worked out and finish shaking out the weak links. I may go on and put a cage in it so I can hit some other strips to air it out and put down some really good times.
