No, never considered a C4; I was looking for something that still had some warranty left on it. Depending on the service date the one I have has somewhere between 2 and 3 years left.

After getting the car home and spending all of yesterday afternoon with a clay bar and only getting half of the car done I'm going to plan on making next week's meet. I don't want to have to reclean everything I made progress on yesterday. This car has obviously never seen a clay bar; it has black specks, probably road tar, over every bit of the painted surface and glass. I couldn't even get a microfiber towel to slide over it without catching every 1/4 inch. This will give me some time to fix and upgrade a few things so it will be looking good when you guys see it. Put me down for next week.

The rain started earlier then they predicted so, the heavy stuff should be out of the way by the meeting time.

Hey Diavel,
We always meet in the parking lot between Whiskey Cake and Abuelo's, then around 6:30 we talk about where we might feel like eating. There are a number of places close to where we meet that are good and I think we have hit them all

Sorry guys, it's going to have to be next week. I saw the sun shining and was just about to hop in the shower, then the clouds rolled back in and it started raining hard again.

Lee, I'll drop Rylie off early next week so I can make it up there from S. Ft. Worth in time. It'll take me a little over an hour, but I should be there before you decide where to go for dinner. This next week is going to be a long one. I have a lot of work to do on top of sending my resume out to another 30 or so companies.

Damn, I was in the mood for a steak too.

I'm off to go get my alarm fixed. The dealer said he was going to take care of it but it wasn't done when I picked the car up. They're covering the cost since they agreed to make sure it would be working so it's all good. I enjoy driving the car and it's nice and sunny out.

Sugar saw a little rain (ok alot) on the way in from Houston last night, but we made it in fine. (ie She didn't melt! ) Hope to see yall next Sunday!
