I wanted to come out Sunday but my son had a lacrosse tournament in Austin and we just got back. Traffic sucks with all that construction. At least his team won the tournament and qualified for a spot in the National Championships this December in Tampa.

FYI this coming Saturday is August 2 and the first Saturday of the month which means , "Cars & Coffee" We will meet up at Whiskey Cake parking lot at 6am and cruise over to C&C at 6:15 SHARP After C&C we will cruise to Norma's Cafe for breakfast

We missed you last night, however some of your Forney neighbors showed up in your place in a C6 LeMans Blue, Thomas and Tricia! You guy's will have to get together with Dustin I and cruise over together
As for C&C , we usually leave in the summer around 9:30 to go eat breakfast, sometimes earlier depending on the heat factor. If you get there after 7:30 or 8 they are usually turning cars away due to the lot being full. It's only once a month you have to be early dedicated,,

Must have been to hot for some and some were out of town, we were missing 13 last night but even with those we missed we still had a group of 15, that's 28 in the group now

Congrats to your son! Looks like you'll be traveling to the east coast this winter
We'll need to set up a mod-party soon though. You've got some new parts, I think we'll need to install some window regulators for Ayman and Dustin and I'm sure we can find some more toys to tinker with.

We will be at our weekly meet spot in the parking lot between Whiskey Cake and Abuelo's bright and early at 5:45am...
MEET HERE BETWEEN 5:45 - 6:10AM
We'll leave the spot to drive over to Cars & Coffee NO LATER THAN 6:15AM.
If you arrive at the spot after 6:15 and don't see anyone, go ahead and drive over to C&C at Classic BMW located on the Northeast Corner of Spring Creek and DNT... you'll see all of the Vettes to the right as you pull in.
See you there!

After dealing with the traffic on northbound I45 yesterday I'm surprised you made it to the GTG Vann. I spent several hours fighting with it and didn't make it home until nearly 9 pm. I know you headed north a few hours before me, but MAN was that traffic a major pita. I even had a Ford F250 try and slam his truck into the side of my car....twice! I don't know what set him off but he nearly bought me some brand new passenger side body panels and earned himself a spot in the local jail.
Is it considered 'stand your ground' when someone is using a 6000 lb. vehicle as a weapon?
I had a good time down in Houston with my daughter though. She's taking after her daddy too; I listened while she explained to her boyfriend all of the technical reasons why his F150 would not stand a chance against my car, either at the start or the finish line.
