My service advisor also didn't know the difference between a rear sway bar and a rear spoiler...doesn't exact inspire confidence!

Service writers are "street to seat" people who know little about a car other than which peddle you push to make it go and stop.
Any "special" stuff done to my car is performed by Quality Motorsports (Patrick). He originally installed 100% of the power train and suspension stuff and is the PMK (person most knowledgeable) about my ride.

I have used Stonebriar for all "routine" service since 2010. But whenever I take the car there I go back to the service bay and talk (through the open bay door) to the technician while he is doing the work. The technicians are knowledgable.
