I am Tim Arion’s friend Bubba. Just saw the message about Frank. Very sad. My wife Jamie worked with Frank’s daughter, Angela, at Alcatel when Frank and Debbie moved out to DC. Our thoughts go out them and hope they have been able to work through everything.
