The Alternate spots are already paid for spots. They get to board based on 'no shows'. Get a guaranteed spot from someone to be certain.

Spot 'may' become available, if it does and if anyone else is interested, PM me. I have the details worked out with organizers on how to proceed.

Happy to submit PayPal payment once you PM me this minimum information first. It is unrealistic for you to expect me to send you payment when I don't even know your last name or the confirmed spot # you are claiming to be selling.

And you did not say your friend confirmed still wanting to go in the PM.
We'll make it happen.

Need to know info
Well we are less than a month away. Everyone will need to check in at the Radisson hotel to receive your welcome package on Friday Sept 9th in the hotel lobby. PLEASE KNOW YOUR CAR NUMBER TO SPEED UP THIS PROCESS AND FOR RECEIVING YOUR CERTIFICATE ON SATURDAY MORNING. Your number has nothing to do with how you line up it is just for logistical purposes. We will have a car wash by donation available Friday also at the Radisson from 2pm to 6pm. Here's wishing you all a safe journey to the event and home.
See you next month!

Thanks Maverick, good info.
Question please! Since there are 400 cars and the elevator only holds a few vehicles per cycle, and so that there will not be 400 Vettes idling at 5 a.m., do we arrive in groups of say 100 at 5 a.m., then another 100 at 6 a.m. and so on. Just asking!!!
Thank you and your team for your hard work in organizing this event.

The line all though slow is constantly moving so it may take a little time to get to the ship but you'll find is interesting seeing so many Corvette's lined up in one place. The 2nd event held at the ship was the only time that it had rained while loading so hopefully loading this time will be dry.

Yes the event is open to the public and I'm not sure the entry fee but is well worth the cost to see the Lexington and the flight deck loaded with cars. I've attended every event and I'm still amazed every time I see the Carrier.

I've been to everyone of these deals and the elevator holds more than you think. I've never counted because once you are on the elevator you do not get out of your car the elevator holds around 20-25 cars. The people running the elevator don't waste time and your on and off in a hurry.

Never timed it but cars are loaded as closely as possible 3 rows deep. If I was to guess it takes less than 10 minutes to load and unload. The crew running the elevator is pretty efficient and has there stuff together. Your going to really enjoy this event because Maverick really goes all out to make sure everything runs smoothly..
