165 acres? Sounds like there's room to build a track

I believe I heard something about a track when I visited with them at LSCC.

Good location for this type of business. I'm nearby, but have one of those slow old cars mentioned earlier, but it's red not black. Lots of vintage Corvette owners out this way, I have a 65 fuelie and my neighbor has a 67, plus we have friend in the area with another 65 and a 66. Having owned a 2003 Z06 in the past and planning for a C7 will be great to have LG Motorsports just down the street. Hope the noise of my V35A Bonanza taking off from our airstrip nearby doesn't annoy you guys. I can look down and see the progress on your site when I take off or land. Welcome to the neighborhood! We like stuff that goes fast and makes noise out here! You are going to like it out here.

We just moved in to the house in Melissa so I'm just down the road from you now.

I think they are going to hopefully have walls up this month, depending on weather of course. Once that part is done things should go a bit quicker.

Pouring more concrete today, Friday, and possibly this weekend for the walls on both buildings.

Hi Guys,

We have Alan Wilson, renowned Race Track Designer working on the design with me.

Right now it is a 3 mile track that can be run as 2 tracks, 1.5 miles each. We are developing a VIP Members section of the property for track villas, and garages, and Man Cave garages.

Of course the track will be available for track days and other events but the VIP members will be first in line.

We will have garages to store cars and more.

Stay tuned, we are working hard on this plan as we speak.

We will be doing our 4th revision next week and finalize the design and layout shortly after that.

Thanks
Lou Gigliotti
We race, YOU win!!

This. I'm all over running a nice road course on occasion, but if there were a drag strip closer to my house I'd be there every weekend.

Looks great Lou!

Things are nuts here in DFW. I remember you invited the wife and I out to see your "new" building a few years back at a World Challenge race and by the time we got out there you had already sold it for borderline ridiculous sums of money.

I am looking forward to see what you come up with on this new piece of land. The track design looks good, a bit tight, but very technical. It is going to murder brakes and tires

Keep doing what you do Lou!

It is only tight on paper. The piece of land is almost 3/4 of a mile end to end.
Should be one of Alan Wilson's better designs. We have another revision coming so stay tuned

Thanks
