Default Reputable Corvette Shop in Houston?

Hello all!

I just purchased a Procharger setup for my C7 z51, and since I'm not really in the loop with who is considered 'reputable' enough to work on our cars in Houston, I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with a speedshop here in Houston that is well regarded enough to be trusted to install/tune a supercharger setup on our cars.

Let me know, thank you!

Kindest regards,

Christina

I've heard good things about England Green and bad things about Hennessey.

I've had LGMotorsports work on my C6 Z06 and highly recommend them. They are in Dallas, but that's not that far from Houston(~260 miles). They are 400 miles from me and worth the drive.

I've had personal experience at Frank's Vettes and would highly recommend them. But they do 95% repair/restoration work. I don't know that they'd be my first choice for a supercharger install.

You'll also find more reviews / recommendations in the Southwest section of this website. I know England Green was there but I remember seeing a couple others as well.

Houston House of Power.

Lots of vettes go through there, and good tuning from what I've heard.

This is where I'm looking when a new centri kit is on the table.

I'll throw out Auto Empire / Houston Performance Solutions. They specialize in late model corvette/LSX and just finished a nice supercharged C7. They know their 'vettes.

I think it was an error with Google for a while. After mickey67vet mentioned it, I looked them up on Google, since EnglandGreen has been the only one to work on my cars, and all the results on Google had the location as Gulf Coast Performance. I checked again now, and it's back to EnglandGreen.

I’m lurking here because I’m moving my Z to Houston from Commiefornia!

I don’t know much about the area - except I’ve heard to avoid Advanced Modern Performance outside Dallas.

btw, wow on the profile pic!
