Looking for a quality performance transmission shop for automatic trans in the Scottsdale area.

When left in D mode, the car seems to oscillate back and forth between 3rd and 4th - - fluids have been flushed - - no codes.

Cordes Performance is also known as CPR. Joe @ CPR is probably around here somewhere. Their shop looks good, and they've produced some amazing vehicles. They seem like they know their stuff. I haven't used them personally, yet, but I plan to.

I should have updated the post in the regional section as well . . .long story short, the car was shifting strange and I was getting some valve clatter but I didn't connect the two. Turns out it was a bad MAF sensor that made the car think it wasn't getting enough air . . .so it leaned out the fuel mixture causing the clatter and reduced the demand on the shift points.

New MAF sensor and it runs like a new car -- trans is just fine.

Whew . . ..
