Default DFW Trustworthy Tire Shops

I need to install some new tires. Are there any recommendations on trustworthy tire shops that are careful and not likely to damage wheels? I already have the tires so do not need to buy any, I just need installation and balance.

Thanks!

RAC Performance / 3236 Skylane Drive / Suite 100 / Carrollton, TX 75006 / (214) 269-1572
They mount tires & wheels on super cars using specialized equipment.
Talk to Hans & get Aaron to do the work!

I'm assuming you probably already got this taken care of, but for anyone else looking. Big shout out to the Discount Tire in Rowlett. They carefully jacked up my car, cleaned the inside of the CCW's, removed all the gunk from the old weights, and took time mounting and balancing to ensure they wouldn't be damaged.

I would not recommend the Discount Tire on Ohio & 121 in Plano/Frisco. Had my GS there 5 times for balancing (finally got it right after replacing the tires), but I had to get the manager the 3rd time it was in because as soon as they pulled it in, I see the hood open & 5-6 guys standing around it. Jacked it up on the rockers and missed the jacking pucks causing a little crack in the fiberglass underneath & charged me a $58 "pro rated" amount for the second tire they had to replace under satisfaction warranty that had less than 500 miles on it. It sucks because I've had good experiences at other DT's in the area but they are the only one with Road Force balancing.

Discount Tire on Trinity Mills has been good to deal with. James is the Manager of that location and is very understanding of the care needed with rims when mounting and dismounting tires. I've been using them for several years now.

Discount Tire in Balch Springs is who I've been taking my tire business to lately. The manager makes certain to do it himself, or only guys he knows won't screw it up. He let me watch the first time, didn't touch the wheels at all.
