Out of pocket
Two skylights I want to get rid of.
I'm in Mesquite specifically
Unrelated but a friend of mine is going through this ordeal here in town with a roofing company that took his money & never showed to do the job!

Did you’re friend obtain a roofing permit? Was the contractor registered with the city?
