I gotta admit...Vegas has me all kinds of fouled up. For one, 108 degrees here feels like nothing compared to 95 degrees in GA...Ga heat will kill your *** in the sun, in the shade, in a pool... and swamp coolers don't work for sh*t either. You need raw air conditioning, and a hell of a lot of it. Vegas heat...nothin...weak. THEN...out of nowhere it's like Alaska...why is it so damn cold? I understand this year is a bit abnormal...but I feel like I can't trust the avg temps for a true feel. When does the WARM come back!?!?!

Before you know it, we'll be at 100+ temps. Gotta remember this is the desert with no surrounding water insulating us. It heats up and cools off . . . Quickly!

I'm down with that same question...my gf daily's her C6 and she NEEDS tint. I'm tempted to do it myself, but a lot of people have talked about the C6 having some difficulty on one portion of the rear window. Definitely need a good, no bs spot.

Found it yesterday. Auto Tint Express.
The shop is located at 3111 S Valley View (bldg. Q-102). The owner is Jose. National award winner for best/fastest tint times. He carries 3M and SunTek. Had my Infiniti M56x done there yesterday. Very pleased with the workmanship , professionalism and cleanliness of the shop. Took their time to understand how I use the car and explained all of the film differences so that I made an informed decision. Charged me $245 out the door for SunTek Carbon 5% black all the way around. Lifetime warranty. Had an appt at 2.30 and was rolling at 3.15! Jose allowed me to have a seat out in the shop and watch the crew go at it.
I have an appointment for my vert next Saturday at 9am.

If you haven't gotten the tint yet, you might want to check out Precision Window Tint at 1010 N Stephanie in Henderson. They have done several of my cars and friends cars and always excellent and decent pricing. Close to Boulder City, too.

Georgia sounds a lot like Houston. Except add about 10 degrees to that 95 for late summer, and then add the heat index. Can't walk 100 feet between buildings with any form of exertion without being soaking wet from perspiration. I'll take Arizona weather any day over this sticky mess.

Just wait....I grew up in Hotlanta and will say the humidity and gnats are rough. Vegas will get into the 110’s but it does feel different.
‘Was just in Pahrump last week and the 80’s were nice but I know midsummer there will be hot

I lived in Denton, TX yrs back...my gf at the time went to TWU. Dallas weather sure was interesting. I worked for AMR as a Paramedic in and around Dallas. Was pretty hot there for sure and some crazy volatile storms and things. I only lived there for about a yr and a half.
Of the places I've lived...LA, TX, AL, PA, GA and now NV...I will say, I'm taking NV. NV is hot, but at 15% humidity or less, it's fine. In the sun, in your car...yeah, it's hot...you definitely need tint but...it's manageable. Believe it or not, PA gets pretty hot at times but it's ALWAYS humid, plus the winters are brutality. GA is nice, but again humid and the bugs...omg. LA is nice but just hotter, more bugs, etc. TX is ok, I'd prob put it 2nd behind NV, but TX gets some crazy Tstorms and I'm over that. NV is calm, clear...I'm likin it a lot.

Agree on the TX weather....some winters cold, some mild
spring and summers nuts....floods one year, drought the next
and the hail storms...jeezus! And tornadoes
i’d take NV too...better scenery and dry heat
