Yes, I think parade laps are 8-10am or so and the hot laps will be after. I don't know exactly the timing though. Sorry.
I would assume SA 2010 or newer helmets will be required (Motorcycle helmets usually aren't allowed), but I know EdgeAddicts usually has helmets for loan also. I would contact EdgeAddicts with any questions on the hot laps.

Just fyi... Edge Addicts is also hosting a COTA after dark event on Friday July 19th. Run laps under the COTA lights in the evening. I'll be up there on friday for that (I won't be at the corvette invasion as my car can only be towed around)
