Just a note, we don't protect Supporting Vendors. They are treated like any other member. If they are being unethical, contact one of the Mods or Admins.

Corvetteforum has to protect its reputation and that happens by allowing ethical vendors to sell their products.

I don't know the criteria for a supporting vendor, that's not my department.

While we are on the subject, as a UPS employee, I can tell you I wouldn't order Kooks headers from anyone, I've seen the way they pack their boxes(or should I say, don't pack).

Corsa is a company that knows how to pack a box.

Please PM me the name of the vendor and I'll have the Admins find out what's going on.

Yes and no. Yes, Forum rules allow for a factual post on an unresolved dispute with a supporting vendor or another Forum member. No, in that characterizing someone as unethical is a judgment call and not a statement of the facts of the unresolved dispute.

I also think it’s unfair not to mention the vendor by name in your "factual" account. Part of the process is to allow such threads to remain open until all parties with direct knowledge have had a chance to present their version of the "facts." So, if you ask Forum members to contact you privately to get the name of the vendor, you deny the vendor the opportunity to respond in the same thread.

Forum members will form their own opinions after reading a factual account where each party has a chance to present their position.

Triple Black C-6: When someone runs afoul of Forum rules, we try various things to bring them into compliance and to get their cooperation. When we fail in that effort, banning is a last resort. Submitting a new registration when you have been banned under another user ID and then returning to bash the Forum or its moderators in an open thread reinforces the premise that you were originally banned because you wouldn’t follow the rules that apply to the rest of us. Again,

If you have questions, suggestions or criticism of the Forum or its moderation, let us know. But contact us via PMs or e-mail, rather than using an open thread to grandstand about it.

I had concert tickets that were shipped and I never got them - fedex claimed to have left them in the mailbox (either they didn't, or they got stolen). By that point (while ticketbastard was investigating) I bought a spare pair from a friend, and told ticketbastard not to bother, just refund. I disputed the charge, and lost, because by making the purchase I acknowleged ticketbastards terms.

Post the name - nothing like a little PEER PRESSURE to help straighten the situation out...

HEH, easy, go to the concert with new tickets and you and a friend visit your 'old seats' to 'meet' the theives.

We can do this in reverse. I had a great experience with Jason from texas speed with my headers. Card not charged until they shipped. So Texas Speed is on the 'good vendor' list.

Thanks for your and Mr Mojo's response, however,I can't believe the vendor does not know it is HE. Everyone else does,. Why doesn't he respond. This is the real issue.
