Default Update on VNAMVET/Complete Dreams issue:

As promised, here's a status report on the unresolved dispute between VNAMVET and Complete Dreams (accidentprone):

Does it typically take that long? I thought the refund was submitted a week or so ago.
My merchant tells me beacuse there are three very important factors with this credit.

1. Its over $1100.
2. Its an auto parts purchase which is considered a high risk transaction by many banks.
3. The time it has been between the purchase date and the credit date. Most refunds occur in 30 days, not typically over 30 days, thus the longer delay.

This is the message:

... Just got home (6:30)

I have received no refund yet.

I will email you (if) when I do receive one from Michael. …

Complete Dreams has not refunded VNAMVET the money for the wheels he ordered and did not receive. It appears there may be others who have ordered items from Michael and have not received the items or a refund.

He has been removed as a vendor at Corvetteforum.com and he has been banned from using the Forum. I have encouraged him to try and restore his credibility by making his customers whole.
