So this user, his name is Jed Corpuz. He purchased a set of wheels I am selling for 3600 shipped to him.

When I looked at the wheels they had a small mark on them, which I added to the for sale post after.

I sent him the picture through a text and let him know before shipping the wheels, he said he no longer wanted them. Within the next 5 minutes of him saying that I initiated a refund to him via paypal.

The refund kept bouncing back, so he opened a claim which is understandable. So I instantly selected on the claim to issue a full refund (where regardless of the situation, paypal will pay the buyer once you hit that)

He then texts me and says he will take the wheels for a lower amount, we agreed on $3200 shipped to him. The refund still said pending on the case, so we agreed that he would just close the case and I would just send him $400 for the difference of the sale and then ship him the wheels. So I trusted him, manually sent him $400... he said he had an emergency and couldn't close the case but really wanted the wheels shipped and was excited for them. So I said ok I'll ship them but you just have to close the case whenever you get a chance, or I will pay for the wheels to get returned before theyre delivered to you.


Well, this morning his account got credited the $3600 and the wheels have been in transit and are scheduled to be delivered by Monday. Now My account is negative $3600 in PayPal.

I called paypal and asked them what can be done, and they said all he has to do is call and tell them we resolved the issue and it will all be fine.

He is claiming that he never received the money, when it clearly states on paypal and i even asked over the phone to three different reps to verify, that the money instatly transferred to his account and he has it.

So now the wheels are in transit to him, while paypal thinks that I owe them $3600. And not to mention I already sent him $400 manually, trusting his word.

Now it's going to cost me $200 to cancel the shipment, plus the $400 i already sent to him and I have to pay paypal $3600 dollars... which I wont see back until I sell the wheels??

I have screenshots, text messages.. Everything is in writing if anyone wants any proof of this.

He even mentioned after I told him countless times that he has the money and he keeps lying and saying he does not, that I will not get my money until he gets the wheels..

AKA he's going to get the wheels and have leverage over me to rip me off and possibly use paypal to get all of his money back AND a free set of wheels.

stay away from this guy.

Did he live in Florida? This sounds like Nate B's kinda guy. Sold wheels to him for $3600 then said his wife destroyed them.

Bro what the hell are you doing? I told you the money was being refunded and it was processing takes 3 to 5 days and then once it clears I was going to refund your money. You were the one jumping to conclusions thinking I was already counting 100 dollar bills and laughing. You have no patience could not wait and flipped out. You better delete this thread because your making yourself look like an idiot!

Mods, I am really sorry for posting another thread, but i would like others to avoid this situation that I am in!
This situation is going to cost me atleast $600 for no reason.

I sent him the wheels after we agreed on a deal, he kept the paypal claim open and the wheels are shipped.. And I just got an e-mail that they refunded him the money in full!!!!!! Here is a screenshot to prove!

Now he has the $400 i manually sent him to agree on a different price, I sent him the price difference. NOW i have to spend another $200 to get the wheels pulled from delivery from FedEx!!
