Exceptional experience working with Ken Fichtner from RimRock Auto Chevrolet.

FYI, folks I had dealt with Ken a couple of times and truly very happy with him:
1. When I bought my GMPP (as he is known as the King of GMPP :-)). His price is one of the best in the country, there is one guy that beat him by 1% but that guy lacks customer service, so it was a no brainer that I went with Ken.
2. I recently just placed a 2015 Corvette order from him and cannot be more satisfied.

In short compares to other dealerships, he is truly a class act, man of integrity, do what he said and do it right.

I am truly satisfied with my interaction with Ken and his wife Kathy, very highly recommended.

Give/Send Ken or Kathy a call or an email even just as a comparison. You will find out that their price is very competitive (if not the best) and the service is awesome.

Double D Mods - Bought what I thought was a vinyl wrapped radio bezel from him; it was actually wrapped in leather (and here I thought it was the highest quality vinyl I'd ever seen ). Looks fantastic.

Best experiences I have had was with;

Dennis - at Double D Mods You can't say enough good about Dennis. He is always helpful even if you don't buy from him.

Keith at 1st Rate Corvette. Keith helped me out while at the tire dealer with an issue I was having with my TPMS. Offered a full refund. What more can you say. They stand behind their products. BTW The wheels are one of the best mods I have made to my C5. Really makes my car pop.

Vette Essentials (replaced a center console arm rest after 7 years due to the embroidering fading. Who does that? Kudos to VE.

All these vendors stand behind their products and are very customer service oriented.

That said I have always gotten satisfaction with Corvette forum vendors. Some offer products not available anywhere else. They know if there is a bad experience it will be posted so it is in everyone's best interest to try and have satisfied customers. We all know that is not always possible as some people can be unreasonable.
