closed again as the vendor replied...however as usual we always have a few others who have to get in a word about something other than the OP. THIS is why these threads often get closed and edited for content NOT because we are protecting vendors etc. The rules are sooooo simple to follow.

At any rate the OP posted his complaint the vendor replied and if the OP feels he needs to pursue this outside of the forum that is up to him.
