Jw motoring problems
Anyone had any problems with JW motoring? I find his corner light ordering process to be quite confusing and misleading. He doesn't seem to care. Anyone else have the same issue or am I just not very smart?

I found JW to be an outstanding seller. What is it exactly that is confusing you? There is always an option to call him and I'm sure he will spend the time to clarify any questions you might have. And why start 3 thread with same topic?

As I said in the email, I am sorry that you were confused with the options.
I reviewed your order after receiving the complaint in my inbox this morning. You received exactly what was ordered and paid for. I offered you the led strip upgrade add on that you thought you paid for (for a fee), but got attitude in return. That option is no longer available.
We haven't had issues like this before with this product, but I am always looking to make things easier for our customers. I will look into changing the listing.

Hello. I bought a set of led strip corner lights for my C5 in February. My car has been in storage for the winter so I recently got it out and took it to a corvette mechanic and paid to have them installed. When I picked it up it did not have the led strips in them. They were just regular one bulb led. Needless to say I'm very disappointed because I didn't get what I wanted and paid for and now I just paid someone to install the wrong thing which I'll have to pay them to reinstall the correct ones. What can you do about this? Thanks Kyler Kelley.

Your order was for the corner lamps and the white package, which includes white DRL and white side marker leds. The led strip was not ordered in that option.
If you would like to send those in we can install the strips for you. Pricing is $80 plus $11 for return shipping.

Well. Talking to others that have ordered from your website this same product are all agree the way your order is very confusing. You have the option for strip lighting color underneath the first option of color. I'm now gonna have to take my car back have them removed and leave it sit for who knows how long waiting to get them sent back. The pic I sent you was from a friend who got them from you and I paid exactly what he told me he paid. So I don't know why I'd need to pay an extra $80. Not happy. Won't be ordering from you again. I own my own business and the correct response would be I'll send you the right ones and when you get them installed send the other ones back to me.

Scroll down in the options. The last 8 are for the led strip. They all say led strip. The option below that (led strip color) also says it must be selected in the option above.
You didn't pay $80 extra, you paid $40 extra for the bulbs that you received.
It says options. White strips. Guarantee I'm not the only guy that's had this same problem.
