Paid for a aw spoiler that he posted for sale while back. Never got the spoiler. Never got the tracking number he said he was going to give out after his buddy sends the spoiler at his shop. Ignoring all my messages after paypal transaction has cleared.

Paypal will refund your money if you didn't send it as a gift. Just show them all the emails back and forth between the 2 of you and you should be fine.
well done on the documentation.....never call, as some here often suggest...always document everything with email or text...you will come out on top, although it can be a hassle and take up your time.

I forget to mention...few years back on the forum it came down to contacting the attorney general's office in the state where a similar situation occurred. Copy your thug on an email to the A.G. of your state...should work wonders for you.

You should have no trouble getting your money back. When I had an incident with a non-shipped item, I never got a second response, but when I called them at ebay/paypal and sent my sales #, I got my money back after a few days. Often they don't pay the seller immediately, though in this case, it's been a few weeks.
Guess this a good reason to not send paypal money as friend, unless you know the person.

wow. this went completely left. I was in a horrible car accident and was pretty drugged up all week. unfortunately for me, I relied on a shop to mail out the spoiler. they took a whole week and mailed it out last Friday.... During that week I wasn't able to respond to his text... or anyone's text, so Brian became extremely emotional, rightfully so, and bought it from someone else. honestly I probably would have done the same. the spoiler will arrive at his house and I told him to not accept the package, they'll return it to me and i'll sell it to someone else. I have plenty of friends on here I've sold stuff to and bought parts from. trust me, 200.00 bucks is not worth the troubles..... hell it cost me 100.00 to ship the damn thing lol. this was unfortunate and I apologize. oh and the car is not photoshopped and I'm a real member (not a thug) who buys real parts from real members on here.
no Brian it was 1 week. my lawyer has informed me to stop sending you any correspondence regarding the invasion of privacy. please return the item for a full refund. Thank you.
