Everyone:

Beware of seller "ticozone" on Ebay.

My wife ordered me new car mats for Xmas.
The specific add was for "Black Ebony" mats. (as stated further down item description on link below)

My wife followed up with an email describing my car to make sure we got the correct mats.
2011 CTS-V Grey Coupe

Ticozone mistakenly assumed my wife wanted Grey mats because the color of my car is grey.
He would not swap the grey mats with the correct black mats, and has ignored my last 2 emails.
He said we chose the wrong color from the color chart in the listing.
There is NO color chart in the item description! It said Ebony mats !

Just want to warn anyone looking for mats (or what ever he sells).
This guy is not good to deal with after the sale if their is a problem.

Caddy V's only had 2 interior colors and Black accounted for more than +80% of them. Just a guesstimate from my experience.

Sellers add needs to be more clear to avoid mistakes like this.

I ended up selling the grey mats to a local V owner that liked them.
I took a big it on them though.
I ordered another set thru another Ebay vendor and made sure we were clear on what I wanted. It should be all good now.

I know Lloyds had nothing to do with the mixup. They make very quality products as I have had them in other cars before.
