Hard to believe this actually happened.
March 11 ordered a grille form them and it arrived 4 days later yea!
Opened box guess what wrong part, info in box from the mfg of grille stated that this grille was not for a base model corvette only zo6 grand sport etc.
Called Corvette Mods cutomer service, they asked if I could send a picture of what I got so I did along with picture from there web site.
The one I ordered has 6 bars and the one they sent has 10 pretty obvious. So I got an email from customer service stating that they cannot provide a shipping label to return it they said the listing doesn't say how many bars is on the grille (she is the manager mind you) item 1407fits only base. Item 1404 has 8 bars and its for z06 grand sport etc.The one you received will fit your car. And if I want to return it please go to autoreturns.returns portal.net create an account. then submit a new Rma request. best regards Kayl--.
After sending the wrong part back on my dime she still tells me this will fit my car.
I asked for the owners name so I could tell him whats going on and she told me she can't do that and she said they would credit the money back to my card.
I started to say what about the cost for shipping it back then SHE HUNG UP ON ME.
As far as I'm concerned they are committing fraud.
STAY AWAY!!!!!

Didn't you just start a thread about the same thing? We get it man, you're upset. You gotta deal with the business, we can't get your money back for you.
