Default RPI shipping issue

Ordered some parts on Feb 28th with a 3-4 week window. It's now 6-weeks and I have no idea when I'm getting my stuff. I was told after I called at 4-weeks it would ship on Apr 6th but it didn't, it's now the 12th and over 6-weeks.

Mike - I am a little surprised this did not garner any responses.
Customer service issues are common with RPI and is no surprise to anyone on CF for any length of time.
I would suggest you reach out to the Admin that closed your second posting and ask if they would reach out to RPI for comment and action.
I would also suggest that you read the return policy of any vendor that you work with and be prepared to adhere to those if you need to do a return. Some return policy's are quite prohibitive. Good luck and I hope you get the issue resolved quickly.

Hi Mike, I just came across this post, sorry you are not happy. I know we are very busy this time of year with painted parts. Everyone is looking to get ready for the car shows, Could you shoot me an email on the information about your order so I can look into the order? email donrpidesigns@gmail.com Thanks, Don

I've known RPI and Don for years. Many parts on my cars are from RPI, top notch products and service. Sometimes they get backed up, happens to everyone OP. Good luck, I know the wait is hard, but you'll love whatever you ordered

If you paid by cc just call your cc company. Regardless of rpis said policy your cc company doesn't care. They will chargeback rpi and issue you a refund. If after 6 weeks you haven't taken possession of mdse it's not even a question. Gets stickier if you have possession. Now if you just want the product your at their mercy. My painted tow hooks took weeks longer but I hung with it. No apology or anything but I did get them.
