Visa dispute-long story short I got my money back and told him to come get his POS-never heard from him again.

It's because they want to screw pay pal out of their fee, however when someone turns the table on them and screws them out of something all hell brakes loose.
A thief is a thief whether he steals a penny or anything else of value.
There an old saying "screw me once, shame on you, screw me twice shame on me".
I still send a check for what I purchase, it has served me well for nearly 60 years and I see no need to change it now.

I have purchased a black convertable top and frame in very nice condition off of wade Isom Bigtank63z06@yahoo.com, I don't know if anyone knows of him or knows him, but told me that he was going to have a guy meat me at Carlisle yesterday, never showed up, have nine trying to contact him through email but will not answer them. I payed him through PayPal Freinds and family. I tryed to open a case on him through PayPal but they say since I payed through Freinds they tell me I can't!!! Wade told me he lives in Florida. If anyone knows him, I would please like my money back or the top. 700.00 thanks Dustin zosky just venting!!!

Seller has responded. The buyer and seller can continue offline. Conversations about PayPal, etc are not relevant.

I was informed today by the OP that the seller has provided a refund for the item in this transaction and this dispute is settled.
